1.Joint with BU and Global MS team, implement Manufacturing Standard system to imrpove the stabiliity of process control in plant, reduce defect level, eliminate relate loss
- Cooperate with R&D, review and update Standards of all the products in plant, including CTQ(Critical to Quality) calibration, Specification, PAPAS(Products Apppearance and Package Appearance), Sampling Plan
- In charge of the QM matrix to the lines and make the Q-point to be maintained;
- Establish and maintain process control monitoring system and facilities(SPC&SQC) in all the production lines (6 lines), within the support from global team and IT team,
- Periodically review the Statistic Process Control data to identify continuous improvement opp. then improve Sigma level and reduce defect by capability building and key improvement projects management, to eliminate related loss
- Joint with Global measurement team, enable core team to complete the MSA(Mearsurement System Analysis) verification every year or base on changes, directorly in charge of checkweigher
- Develop MS skill matrix and training plan for different roles in the plant , ensure capability building and qualification activities 100% implementation(e.g. MS health check, Coaching, E-learning, etc.)
2. Lead standard management, establish effective document management procedure, drive document visulization on shop-floor; and complete regulation refresh monthly
3. Be responsible for quality continuous improvement projects identification, AR application, projects management, ensure 100% delivery and in turn reduce the cost
4. Take charge of trade survey, to be planned and implementation in site level
5. In charge of transnational customer and consumer complaints as plant window, establish an efficient complanits hanlding process in plant, cooperating with Japan/Malaysia team, sales team and consumer relashionship team.
6. Be responsible for CAPA(Corrective actions and preventive actions) policy, participant in repeated complaints and quality accidents analysis, to make sure quality rekated loss reduction
7. Establish Quality/QM Skill Matrix and effective training plan, and track by monthly ensure quality systems to be trained, qualified and implement.
8. Establish tracibility team and conduct twice simulations every year, ensure the compliance
9. Be responsible for Supplier Quality Management, participant in Supplier quality improvement and audit
10. Joint with BD and HR function to ensure compliance of related policy as standard management, training
11.Assists the development of essential QCMS deliverables and key policy including, but not limited to : risk analysis, failure mode, HACCP Validation and Verification, internal audit, etc.
12. Support two production lines, including but not limit participating in HED(Hgenic equipment design) assessment of key projects to coach QM lead in VSU team,CAPA calibration of sensibility complaints, TOP defect elimination, etc.
13. Performs quality reviews, evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations, present if needed
14.Be responsible for other relative Quality/Food safety/QM pillar tasks required by Quality lead

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in food, mechanical engineering or biology or related field required
2. 5 years food industry quality working experience, 3-4 years in quality assurance function
3. Clear knowledge of SPC, six-sigma, related project experice is plus
4. Be familiar with GMP & HACCP process
5. Clear knowledge of ISO9000 system, FSSC22000
6. Good relationship managing with key stakeholders
7. Good management & communication skills
8. Good computer skills
9. Fruequent English writing and speaking as working language
