Key Activities

-       Lead helpdesk team to build Helpdesk system suitable for the company's business process.

-       As the operation and maintenance window of the company, I am responsible for providing service response by phone and email to staffs

-       Responsible for timely response and handling of internal customer problems, and coordinate to solve the corresponding resource problems;

-       Responsible for the management of IT terminal equipment, mail account, business system account, etc.

-       According to business characteristics, responsible for sorting out and organizing operation and maintenance processes and related documents, to improve operation and maintenance efficiency and quality;

-       Effectively manage the Helpdesk team to ensure quality of service to end users.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-       College degree or above, major in computer science or related engineering

-       3-5 years Helpdesk related working experience, familiar with Windows operating system platform management and maintenance is preferred

-       Skilled in computer hardware and software failure and maintenance, with good network troubleshooting skills;

-       Do things steadfastly, carefully and conscientiously, with good proactive communication ability, coordination ability and expression ability;   

-       Has good computer system hardware, software, e-mail, network and daily office equipment problem-solving ability and hands-on ability.
