Department Assitant:

1,Sales Department

Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Preparing and sending out formal quations and documentation for project opening;

· Monitoring and updating project status;

· Sending out output documents such as confirmation letters, reportand certificates;

· Assisting sales managers with prospect/customer research and analysis, quotation follow-up, payments collection;

· Assisting engineers with documentation preparation;

· Coordination among related parties, customer, sub-contractors, sales managers and engineers;

· Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager.

Entry Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree;

· Pleasant personality and a great team player;

· Strong initiative & follow-through;

· Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills;

· Good knowledge and skills in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;

· Good English, above CET 6 is preferred.

2,Lab Department

Engineer Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Assistant Department Manager to do some testing job;
· Prepare and make some technical documents;

· Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager
Entry Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree; (Junior Student is also welcomed)
· Pleasant personality and a great team player;
· Good knowledge and skills in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;
