Job Description

- Inspection order review and follow up

- Inspection report check and follow up

- Communicate with inspector on report issues found during review and clarify

- Review submitted sample and clarify with client if necessary

- Answer technical enquiry from both customer service staff and client

- Reply clients related complaint or feedback on technical aspects

- Assess and coach inspector

- Perform any other job assigned by manager

Requirement/Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor degree, majored in relative industry or other technical discipline, knowledge in inspection or relative products is preferred

- Above 3 years inspection experience

- Be familiar with inspection system and QC tools

- Good command of English, both oral and written

- Integrity and high sense of responsibilities

- Team leader or take supervisor role for more than 2 years is a preferred
