Job Description:
1.Handling large numbers of daily customer inquiries from China, HK and from Europe through phone, fax and email. 2.accountable for processing customer orders and acting as the primary contact for customers on all order-related enquiries.
3.Handling complaints
4.Maintaining high service levels and improving overall service processes and quality
5.Provide ad hoc administrative support when required
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, experience in certification industry is a plus.
2.Fluent in English written and orally. French or German is a plus.
3.Outstanding telephone manners and highly customer-oriented.
4.Internship experience in foreign invested companies in similar position is preferred.
5.Proficient in using Microsoft office products.
6.Initiative to work on enquiries and solve problems independently.
7.Mature, hardworking, service-oriented and attention to details
8.A responsible mother is preferrable.
