职位信息
This position would be under the supervision of the HR generalist and responsible for handling the general functions processes of the Human Resources Department, including basic recruiting supports, personnel data reports and documentation, compensation & benefits, organization changes, Performance review, Training and career development, basic employee communications etc.
Payroll Administration:
1.Maintain the overtime records and shift allowance to be paid in payroll.
2.Maintain Annual Leave etc. attendance information and records, and provide unentitled leave info for payroll deduction.
Benefits Administration:
1.Answer routine benefits questions for managers and employees, as well as problem solving.
2.Work with CIIC in providing data on social insurances; ensure that all necessary forms, documentation are completed.
Recruiting:
1.Update recruiting info on job websites.
2.Screening resumes, making cold-call, interviewing candidates, track the interview feedback and further arrangement, and maintain recruiting reports.
Personnel:
1.Handle new employees’ enrollment and termination administration process to ensure all necessary forms and documents are completed and returned. Set up new employee personnel folder and maintain roster, complete all necessary personnel forms, notifying necessary vendors/parties.
2.Maintain HC reports and organization chart.
3.Work on the various reports when needed.
Training:
1.Handle training administration and monitor process, including orientation training, internal trainings and functional trainings etc.
2.Handle and maintain all relevant files, records, and reports.
Performance Review:
1.Get involve in documentation collecting, reminding and communication process.
Special Projects:
1.Collect the employee recognition nominations and assist in the award winner publishing/promotion process.
2.Annual leave cleaning project which will include communication and providing info and reports to manager and employees.
3.Assist with the planning, communicating, and tracking of the other HR programs.
要求:
1.3-4 years’ experience working in personnel, compensation, or benefits is required.
2.Strong sense of responsibility, multi-task, can work under pressure
3.Must be detail oriented, extremely accurate, able to follow up on long-term, ongoing projects and meet all deadlines.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.
5.PC experience using Microsoft Office, and other common personnel tracking data bases is necessary.
6.Strong inter-personal relationship skills and problem solving skills are required.
