Digital Marketing strategy development (20%) 1. Participate in 3 year plan and annual business plan development. Develop strategic digital marketing plan to deliver target volume, profit and share objectives in accordance with brand strategy. 2. Identify online consumer/shopper insights and opportunities to create brand linkages, and translate those insights into digital marketing strategy development;

Digital Marketing Management (30%) 1. Marketing activation development: Initiate marketing activations on EC in accordance with brand strategy. Lead the plan development, execution, monitoring, review and ensure prompt delivery of aligned e-marketing calendar; Marketing assets allocation: leverage brand asessts and tailor campaigns on different EC platforms to maximize the impacts on sales. 2. Online Occasion-based Marketing: work closely with brand team members, digital commerce sales team as well as EC Agency to develop innovative and effective occasion-based marketing plan and activations. Consumer passion points: deeply engage with online consumers via communicating different passion points to drive online sales. 3。 Monitor competitive activities, brand search & traffics and brand share. Propose action to defend against competitive initiatives.

Communication Development (25%) 1. Work with the EC Agency to think strategically and focus on developing on-strategy, high quality communication ideas and executions; 2. Monitor execution of all projects and ensure prompt delivery in relation to e-marketing schedule.

Cross function communication & collaboration: (25%) 3. Demonstrate project ownership and establish a smooth & healthy relationship with Brand, Sales, Connection and other functions to cascade brand strategy and ensure alignment for high quality activation execution on EC; Education 教育: bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related field Experience 经验: 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG industry Technical competencies (Job related) 专业能力 （与工作相关）: ？Understands the external environment (competitive and market) and identifies new sources of opportunity ？Understands the role of the different consumer connection points (media/ creative/ consumption occasions/ retail and EC channel/ experiential platform/ pricing/ innovation/ insights) in order to create stronger consumer connections ？Deploys discipline and process to ensure correct implementation and improve impact and speed to market ？Anticipates future trends to engage and recruit online consumers ？Understand how to leverage & best manage agencies (briefs, evaluations, etc.) and external partners ？Understands brand positioning & application across connection points on EC. Understands the main components of the brand plan & brand profitability.
