Responsibility:
? Comply with all GMP and regulatory requirements in execution, management and coordination of facility engineering resources.
? Plan, develop and coordinate facility engineering and management practices and ensure achievement of operational metrics, apply proper technical standards and compliance practices.
? Oversee regular operation, preventive maintenance and repairs on all process equipments.
? Responsible for assessment, troubleshooting, overseeing repair and maintenance of process equipments and systems while ensuring GMP compliance & system safety.
? Oversee planning and execution of facility/ engineering modifications and all process equipment installation (mechanical and electrical supports) as required.
? Manage and execute facility modifications or equipment’s commissioning or validation. Train and oversee new technicians and engineering contractors on execution, maintenance or related duties.
? Respond to critical process equipment issues, including provision of engineering services to purify and wastewater systems, process equipment.
? Provide prompt and effective technical advice and support to resolve problems, using root cause analysis, respond to and handle other facilities work orders and duties as needed.
? Manage external contractors (including Engineering contractors, equipment vendors and other facility service providers) in accordance with contractual service obligations, maintenance and troubleshooting programs, and company regulations and standards.
? Design and execute facility optimization projects, including energy efficiency, space utilization and LEAN improvement projects.
? Perform various facility audits and/or systems test to ensure compliance with governmental standards and regulations (e.g., Safety, Environmental, GMP, etc.). Ensure proper documentation is recorded and maintained, and thorough TPM system is executed.
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:
? 3-5 years experience in similar position preferred
? B.S. in Civil, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
? Must be able to generate, follow and explain detailed instructions, facility system inspection, and maintenance and repair procedures.
? Must be able to communicate equipment and/or machine issues to others, and coordinate engineering resources per project requirements.
? Problem solving skill and lean knowledge
? Effective interpersonal communication skills.
? Bilingual.
? CNC equipment maintenance experience is must.
