4）大区联络方式更新，包括内外部来访的协助；

5）经销商合同签订跟踪、对账单管理等；

6）西区办公室租赁合同管理；

7）各类供应商对接及付款安排；

3.    办公室行政：

1）西区办公室日常管理；

2）办公用品、设备等固定资产管理；

3）备用金管理；
