职位描述

Brand Ambassador for Altos/Olmeca in local market.

Act as representative and image of the brand at trainings with bartenders, clients, media, On-P Staff, sales team, final consumer and potential consumer. To ensure and verify Brand visibility at point of purchase in all channels, with special focus on main regions for the Brand. In charge of support for commercial-trade team, in order to help product listings, activations and visibility.


1. Brand Education/ Trainings:

  • The Brand Ambassador must become a brand expert on practical matters, product making, brand guidelines and brand education towards key opinion leaders, final consumer and media influencers.
  • Along with sales force: extensive and continue education to internal clients and external about the characteristics, key messages of the brand and its difference from competitors
  • Introduction and professional tasting of the product to potential clients, ON-P Staff, Salesforce, Media, Key opinion Leaders. Supporting the positioning of the brand in the most effective way.
  • Approach to final consumer and tur them into House of Tequila brands consumers through product tastings and trainings

2. Brand development in top clients:

  • To identify opportunities at top clients venues, along the sales team, and share them with the local brand team in order to make the best out of it.
  • To develop an action plan along sales/marketing team for each main client. Plan to be validated by his boss in line and implemented as well as supervised by the brand ambassador himself.
  • To improve the visibility and identification of opportunities (for example, better visibility of the bottle, production of communication materials and displays)

3. Bartender Community Management and Ambassador Program (Altos Focus)

  • Work closely with brand manager to leverage brand owner initiatives and advocacy programs as the assets to drive recruitment, engagement and retaining of bartender.
  • Design and roll out an industry leading education & training program across Trendy Bar universe nationally, in order to build their preference to use Olmecat/Altos.

4. Public Relations&Social Media:

  • Adopt the image of the brand when in the presence of clients and Brand consumers.
  • Be present at all Brand events, launches, one-off events as well as sponsored events.
  • To recruit and convert the target consumer through trial of the product.
  • To be active, relevant and timely in his own Social Media in order to amplify all brand messages to generate awareness.

5. Direct support to brand managers:

  • Support of the application, follow up, evaluation and detection of opportunities in the annual Brand plan in both channels and public relations events.
  • Information report of the best practices to help in brands planning and execution of activities.
  • Development and presentation combined with the Brand for new initiatives and best practices.
  • Monitoring of the competition: research, analysis and information about competitor activity in both channels as well as strategies or price changes.


Experience & background:

  • Total experience should be minimum 1 year in spirits industry or in marketing or trade marketing departments or hospitality industry, bartending experience.
  • Experience in PR, talking in public
  • Basic knowledge spirits
  • Good tasting skills
  • Food appreciation and pairing
  • Events logistics and public relations
  • Mixology knowledge
  • Chinese speaker who can communicate at work in English
