工作职责
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Provide IT help desk support to office user.
2. Support local equipment, especially server and network hardware.
3.Support office equipment including CCTV, door control system, video conference system, PBX system, conference phone, projector and etc
4.Properly manage IT assets, including purchase according to SOP, update assets list in time, maintain equipment loan log, physical count assets, and etc
5.Provide orientation training to new user and equipment/system operation training per user request
6. Ensure Corporate standard, policy and controls to be applied to all client device and user

教育程度/经验
Education/Experience
1.At least college degree in computer science/telecomm or etc
2.At least 3 year experience in IT support.
3.Rich experience of PC/printer support. Familiar with server support is preferred
4.Experience of server room/IDC management.
5.Good knowledge about Windows OS (server/desktop), MS Office, network cabling and etc.
6.Knowledge of server management is preferred.
7.Knowledge of router, firewall and switch management is preferred.
8.Discipline, structured and self-motivated working style.
9.Good communication skills and willing to communicate actively.
10.Working experience in MNC and Good English skill is preferred.
11.Accept short-term business travel
