1.  Material Supply Management 物料供应管理

Responsible for Material supply management (process, communication, supply reliability) for MDLZ plant  Identify and continuous efforts of mitigate short/long supply risk including ad-hoc supply issue; develop and deploy robust BCP program 

负责物料供应管理（流程，沟通，可持续供应），和MDLZ相关工厂一起合作进行供应风险规避和供应风险解决，执行BCP方案。

2. Supplier Performance供应商绩效

Governance procurement performance at BU level, drive key KPI deliverables and robust tracking, review process on quality, service, cost and cash. 

确保供应商绩效，满足主要KPI达成和追踪，回顾流程/服务/现金

3. SRM: work with SA team to develop and maintain strategic relationship with critical suppliers and bring added value to business

供应商关系管理：和Sourcing 部门一起开发和维护战略供应商关系，给业务带来增值

4. Internal and external collaboration 内部外部协同

   Sourcing strategy calibration and alignment across RPM spend towers; stakeholder management from cross functional teams. resolve ad-hoc issues by mobilizing neccessary resources

和各个原料包材sourcing 团队进行采购战略的校准和确认，维护和建立各个内部外部相关部门关系，解决相关问题。

5. Drive Growth: Support NPD project from RM perspective as indentified scope: on time delivery, drive supplier innovation initiatives. 

持续增长： 支持NPD项目上市，确保物料的按时按质到货

6. Drive operation excellence programs from RPM supplier espect to the MDLZ E2E supply chain journey (Lead Time/MOQ/DIOH reduction through VMI, digitalization portal etc; 

优化运行模式：从LT/MOQ/DIOH角度等优化端到端供应链
