Primary Function

- To ensure punctual & reliable reporting & forecasting;

- To ensure CAPEX spending as per Policy & routine follow-up;

- To monitor internal control system & ensure compliance;

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- To co-ordinate the team for closing & reporting to ensure the reports are completed timely & reliably;

- To work with the team on costing & analyses to ensure standard costs are updated & analyzed;

- To be responsible for APR & PAR preparation to ensure it's properly reviewed by the management and then it's updated on a timely basis;

- To liaison with various functions for process fine-tuning and assist FC to put all needed controls in place to be compliant to policy & SOX requirement;

- To assist FC to build up the team and promote efficiency;

Position Specification

Qualification:

- At least bachelor degree obtained from College or university on Accounting;

- Good knowledge on Windows word & Excel;

- Good English capability;

Experience:

- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing companies;

- At least 2 years working experience on costing & analyses;

- Experience on ERP is required;

- At least 2 years experience leadership in accounting;
