1.职位概要
- 负责优化公司的“核心流程”以提升跨部门/职能/机构的工作效率协助公司实现优秀的表现及成绩
To streamline the “Core Processes” of the company in order to improve the work efficiency across departments/functions/organization that enables the company to deliver excellent performance and results；
2.主要工作职责
- 支持“流程主人”设计，改进以及实施流程
To support the Process Owners for process design, improvement and implementation；
- 为能创造独特优势的或能提升跨部门/职能/机构团队合作的关键流程进行标准化
To standardize key processes that can either create a distinctive advantage or enable cross departments/functions/organization to work better collectively：
- 在流程设计方面扮演着关键的角色以为设计IT系统建立基础
To play a key role on process designing that set the foundation for designing the IT system：
- 拟定通用的标准或指导原则提供流程建立的方向
To define the common standards or governing rules that provide direction for process establishment：
任职资格
1.学历要求
- 所需最低学历:本科,管理或IT专业
Minimum education required: Bachelor degree, Major in Business Administration or IT
2.所需技能
- 拥有逻辑的思维，分析能力强及有创意
Logical thinking, analytical mind-set, creative；
- 拥有较强的组织协调及沟通能力
Good in team management and communication skill；
- 拥有优秀的书写以及口语的能力
Possess excellent writing and oral skills；
- 拥有较强的中英语水平
Good command in both Chinese and English language；

- 拥有在外资企业或中外合资企业不同的部门或IT或体系或项目管理方面的工作经验
Possess the working experience on different fields or IT or system or project management in the foreign invested enterprises or sino-foreign JV companies；
