- 与各部门经理/工厂经理保持良好沟通和协作,以确保问题的快速解决和工作目标的达成。

工作概要Summary of work:
- 负责工厂生产运营管理,成本质量及物料运作和处理,负责与其他职能部门的联系沟通。
Responsible for plant operations management, quality and cost of materials and processing operations, responsible for contacts with other communication functions.

主要任务和职责Main tasks and responsibilities:
- 领导执行、实施总经理的各项决议;协助各部门负责人制定年度运营指标、发展计划,推动并落实运营业绩指标的达成;
Executive leadership, managing the implementation of the resolutions; to help the department heads to develop annual operating targets, development plans, promote and implement the achievement of operational performance indicators;
- 组织生产计划的制定、实施,协调解决生产计划实施过程中可能出现的问题;组织、策划、实施和监督生产管理工作,确保生产的有效运行,保证产品的按时交付;
Organization of production planning, implementation, coordination in the implementation process to solve production planning problems that may arise; organization, planning, implementation and monitoring of production management, to ensure the effective operation of production to ensure timely delivery of products;
- 负责公司生产运作的监督、优化、持续改进的工作,改进生产流程,严格控制产品质量;执行产品的生产工艺管理和工艺的改进工作,持续降低生产成本;

- 负责对生产车间的生产经营活动进行管理,优化生产资源配置,完成生产经营目标;

- 负责生产过程按工艺规程操作,确保产品质量处于受控状态;

资格和要求Qualifications and requirements:

教育Education:
大学本科,机械工程或相关专业

经历Experience:
- 对制造系统的主要部门(生产、质量、工程、研发、仓库等),具有5年以上的协调与管理经验;
The main sectors of manufacturing systems (production, quality, engineering, research and development, warehouse, etc.), with more than 5 years experience in the coordination and management;
- 熟悉工厂的生产运作和管理,拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理方面经验;
Familiar with plant operations and production management, rich production management, cost control, quality management, logistics management experience;
- 了解ISO质量管理体系和5S现场管理,具备全面的精益生产理念和丰富的精益生产实践经验。
Understanding of ISO quality management system and 5S on-site management, with a comprehensive concept of lean production and rich experience in lean manufacturing practices;

其他Other:
- 具有良好的中、英文书面及口头表达能力,可独立与国外客户进行沟通交流。
Good in English written and verbal communication skills. Independently communicate with foreign customers.
- 良好的沟通技巧和团队领导能力,出色的解决问题能力,深刻的客户服务意识,良好的综合管理能力。
