职位描述
Summary:
1.Ensure that all Deckers factory labs are testing and following Deckers test methods.
2.Responsible for coordinating the testing of new materials and tracking/summarizing the test results from factory labs or 3rd party labs for analysis.
3.Monitor factory labs test capacity monthly, coordinate with factory lab leaders and top management for increasing test capacity if necessary;
4.Create and maintain proper test methods of materials/finished goods to lifestyle team;
5.Assist the manager in the researching and updating the Deckers Lab Equipment Calibration Plan, request and monitor the implementation of the plan through all the factory labs;
6.Support on the set-up and operation of Deckers internal lab;
7.Conduct the yearly factory lab audit.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 3 years meaningful technical work experience in FW/Apparel/HB laboratory testing.
2. 2 years technical/releveant experience in shoe/apparel/HB making is a plus factor
