要求：
a)本科及以上学历
b)大学期间成绩优异，丰富的实习或社会实践经验；
c)具备较强的沟通能力、开放创新、较强的推进执行能力、积极主动，愿意接受挑战；
d)具备优秀的英语口语与写作能力。
