POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

Responsible for the planning and implementation of regional KA marketing activities to strengthen the recognition of BD brand by non-clinical customers. Develop innovative cooperation projects based on customer needs and business purposes, provide hospital management consulting services, improve customer satisfaction, and continuously deepen strategic customer partnerships to support business development.

    

    KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）    

1.       Regional marketing campaign management

    

ü  Work closely with KA manager to engage key non-clinical customers and maintain good customer relationship.

    

ü  Cooperate with KA manager to plan the annual market activities reasonably, effectively manage the expenses and budget.

    

ü  Strengthen the promotion and implementation of non-clinical customer projects in KA hospital to establish a positive and professional brand image.

    

ü  Communicate closely with regional cross-departmental teams and innovate the content of KA market activities according to business needs to promote the achievement of business goals.

    

ü  Keep good relationship with KOLs.

    

ü  Assures compliance of marketing operations to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

    

2.       Hospital management consulting service development

    

ü  In-depth understanding of medical reform, modern hospital system and BD strategy, provide various hospital management consulting services according to customer needs (such as hospital director KPI), and deepen strategic cooperative relations.

    

ü  Provide integrated business solutions with the BD concept for market shaping.

    

ü  Develop innovative KA business model through regional practice and promote replicable experience.

    

    SKILLS  AND ABILITIES（技能）    

1.       Medical/Pharmacy background, relevant experience on consulting, marketing, or sales

    

2.       At least 5 years of sales/marketing/consulting experience

    

3.       Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

    

4.       Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects

    

5.       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    

6.       MBA degree or equivalent is an advantage

    

    

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

    

1.       Maintain high level of technical expertise and knowledge of MS-office

    

2.       Medical device/Pharmaceutical/Consulting company working experience
