职位描述
Summary:
Arrange the shoes fit and wear test. Complete Fit and wear report as request. Recruitment of qualified fit testers. Training qualified fit testers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment of qualified fit testers.
2.Training qualified fit testers Conduct the testers feet measurement PPT file for record
3.Arrange the shoes fit and wear test. Evaluate and provide insights into fit and wear test. Analyze fit and wear test report needs to make recommendations.
4.Complete Fit report within 2 working days. Keep all Fit reports in the record for easy checking.
5.Update the Weekly fit summary list every week.
6.Assist last library management.
Qualifications：
1.More than 4 years of experience in footwear development and product
2.Have shoe and last technical knowledge - Computer literate.
3.Ability to write and communicate in English.
4.With very strong personality; Active, Honest, Sharing, Team Work.
