Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance to Consumer Sales, Consumer Affairs, and customers to resolve questions and issues.

2. Analysis and assessment of customer questionnaire risk, provide questionnaire response, protect the Brand of customers and the company

3. Review  potential risk  with PD, suppliers，purchase, vendor QA and marketing on  process, formula, raw material of new products.

4. Accomplish annual product test twice a year according to QS requirement and provide test reports timely.

5. Conduct product specification review with Plant QA, CPD and Marketing to ensure specification compliance as required by McCormick and Customer standards.

6. Maintains Consumer QA technical information including: Support SAP，Sap RD System  and run regular MFDS and BOM review with CPD, Sales and Marketing.

7. Monthly summary of customer complaint for McCormick China. Maintain and perfect the code system management.

8. Evaluate the potential risks brought about by various change requests to ensure stable product quality.

Requirements:

1. Major in Food Science or related specialty.

2. Over 5 years working experience in food manufacturing company.

3. Extensive knowledge of food processing, HACCP, sanitation and risk management.

4. High level of professionalism (strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, sound judgment, and general leadership).

5. Good problem solving, negotiation, customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
