erformance Area 1: IT/OT Equipment Management
工作职责1: IT/OT设备管理 Time: 所占工作时间的比例30%; Tasks 工作内容
? Have knowledge of the local applications and the log files and the server run on, generate. Must know how to apply patches for these applications and take the proper precautions for possible recovery from failed patches;
了解局域网和系统文件和服务器的运作。 必须了解如何运用应用软件以及如何采取合适的方法从丢失的文件中恢复数据;
? Develop company’s IT/OT infrastructure and policy which is aligned with overall company’s target;
健全公司的IT/OT架构及制度,使之配合全公司的目标。
? Plan and design tasks required to deliver the solution according to project guideline and timelines.
根据项目要求和时间表,计划与设计解决方案所需的任务列表。
? Evaluate software and/or hardware from a technical perspective and make recommendations.
从技术角度评估公司软件及/或硬件并做出推荐。
? Ensure minimum downtime is encountered by the users due to hardware or software failure.
确保用户遇到软硬件故障引起的停机时间最小化。
? Ensure all software complies with the software copyright laws.
确保所有软件符合软件版权及知识产权的规定。
? Participate in liaison with suppliers, pricing and delivery negotiations and monitor external contractor performance; 参与联络供应商,询价和交货、协商并监督外包商的服务质量。
? Ensure high utilization of network bandwidth and manage web-site activity to develop company business.; 确保公司局域网网络带宽有效地使用,管理用户的上网行为,使公司计算机更好地为公司的业务发展服务
? Ensure all systems and data are protected against disasters, software viruses or unauthorized intrusion. 确保所有系统与数据被安全保护,不受软件病毒或未经许可的入侵。
? Prepare IT/OT budget each year as budget cycle and submit to manager for approval; Hardware and software purchase application need to be approved by manager.
根据预算要求提供IT/OT方面的预算报经理审批; 硬件及软件设施的请购需获得经理批准。
● Cooperate with electrician , completed to the daily maintenance of IT/OT system , ensure normal operation of the automatic control system in the Terminal
配合电工,完成IT/OT系统的日常维护工作,协助确保自控系统正常运行

Performance Area 2: IT /OT Incident prevention
工作职责2: IT/OT事故预防; Time: 所占工作时间的比例30%; Tasks 工作内容
? Analyses of IT/OT security incidents 调查IT/OT安全事故
? Containment of IT /OTsecurity incidents in cooperation with VCMC as needed
控制IT/OT事故, 与VCMC的IT人员配合(若有要求)
? Reporting on IT/OT security incidents to VCMC IT 向VCMC IT汇报IT/OT安全事故
? Take action to protect systems and networks affected or threatened by intruder activity
对入侵IT/OT系统的行为制定防护行动计划;
? Provide solutions and mitigation strategies from relevant advisories or alerts
对相关的建议和警告提供解决的办法和预防策略;
? Look for intruder activity on other parts of the local network 寻找局域网中其他被入侵的行为
? Supervise rebuilding of systems when necessary 重建系统
? Patch or repair systems when necessary 维修系统
? Set up emergency planning for system failure and practise on a regular basis.
建立系统失败的应急预案,并定期进行演练。
Performance Area 3: IT/OT Equipment Backup Management
工作职责3: IT/OT 设备备份管理 Time: 所占工作时间的比例10% Tasks 工作内容
? Make sure proper back up for server files and data. 确保服务器的文件和数据成功备份
? Ensure copied tape as well as other facilities to be stored at the other location such as bank safe. 确保备份的磁带或其它存储及时放到异地存放,如银行保险柜等。
Indicators
? Practise copy and recover data & file with relative software as per Vopak regulations.
根据孚宝要求,熟练使用备份软件备份和恢复数据
? Copy end-user file every Tue. & Thu. Copy server data once per week and copy changed data every day. To check completeness of data on the second day.
用户文件每周二、四备份两次,服务器数据库数据每周完全备份一次,递增备份每天一次。备份完成后的第二天检查备份数据是否完整。
? Decrease the damage caused by copy failure as zero. 因备份不成功产生的损害为0
Performance Area4: SHEQT工作职责4: SHEQT Time 所占工作时间的比例: 15%
Tasks 任务
● Ensure all work undertaken according to Vopak SHEQ requirements
确保所有的工作都按照孚宝SHEQ的要求执行
● Ensure operational areas are maintained to a high standard of housekeeping
确保工作区域都保持清洁卫生
● Carry out required environmental checks as per environmental guidelines
按环境准则开展必须的环境检查
● Understand correct emergency response procedures & fitted site safety systems
了解正确的应急反应计划及适应现场安全系统
Indicators指标
● Wear correct PPE佩戴正确的PPE
● Operational areas maintained to a high standard of housekeeping操作领域保持整洁卫生
● Work Permit System is adhered to with no breaches caused due to maintenance department坚持工作许可制度
Performance Area 5: Training 工作职责5: 培训 Time所占工作时间的比例: 10%.
Tasks工作内容
● 每年根据HR部门发出的培训计划及时参加培训;
Attend all trainings according to the training plan distributed by HR department
● 每次培训结束后要通过考核;Pass tests after all trainings
● 及时提出培训需求 Propose training requirements to Shift Leaders timely
● 为培训材料提供有效的信息和合理化建议Provide useful information and reasonable suggestions to training materials
● 参加所有培训和演练Participate in all departmental training.
Indicators指标
● 考勤及时率100% 100% attendance on assigned training courses
● 培训考核100% 通过; 100% pass rate in all training test
Performance Area 6: Teamwork 工作职责6: 团队合作
Time所占工作时间的比例: 10% Tasks工作内容
● As a team member of emergency handling group, deal with special emergencies作为事故应急小组成员,及时处理紧急事件;
● Actively assist maintenance and electrician personnel to complete maintenance work for equipment and facilities and do simple repairs accordingly积极协助维修和配电人员,做好设备维护保养工作和简易检修工作。
Indicators指标
● Emergency maintenance on call应急维修随叫随到;
● Ensure the unplanned maintenance issues are captured and completed according to specified timeframes确保非计划性的维修问题可以得到处理,并按照规定的时限完成;
● After maintenance work,and then update the maintenance of the software ( Service-Now for IT/OT incident & change, ME2 for assets maintenance records) within 2 days.维修工作完成后,更新相应系统记录 ( Service-Now里的 IT/OT事件及变更,ME2里的资产维护记录)
任职要求:
? Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in IT or Computer area;
? Working Experience: at least 8 years’ related working experience
? Technical knowledge of software and hardware aspects of IT in areas such as data management, system development, computer operations and communications, CCTV, wireless PDT communication, automation system etc.
具备IT/OT领域专业软件和硬件构造知识,例如数据管理,信息系统开发,计算机操作系统, 通讯系统, CCTV, 无线集群呼叫,自动控制等
? Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation;
? Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan
? Able to verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action
? Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements
? Experiences with foreign company;
? Reliable and positive working attitude
? Can read specification in English. Oral English is not mandatory, and local language skills
