职责描述：

1. Develop, implement and maintain Health & Safety strategic plan and associated programs， work with management team of group to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant and current health and safety legislation.

2. Support the business by applying in-depth H&S knowledge to offer solutions and advice, provide guidance on the policy and direction of H&S activity.

3. Implement policies and standards to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

4. Work with HR to develop and maintain H&S training system to improve H&S competency of all employees.

5. Assist in the prevention of work-related illness and injury and maximize employee protection.

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. More than 5 years H&S management experience

3. Familiar with H&S relevant laws and regulations, good understanding on H&S standardization

4. Experienced in all aspects of H&S management

5. Understand FMCG industry，experienced in FMCG industry would be an advantage

6. Ability to influence up, down and across the organization, should possess strong leadership, training, problem solving, and decision-making skills

7. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals, teams and management as well as autonomously

8. Fluent in English in both spoken and written
