Job Responsibilities:

- Group reports & loan preparation

- Be familiar with and deeply understand SAFE regulation so as to manage in FX and cross board transactions, and maintain good relationship with SAFE

- Double check the PO report of direct import business and prepare the FX hedging proposal accordingly

- To perform FX hedging transactions and prepare FX gain or loss analysis report

- To perform related financing products settlements (L/C, Guarantee...)

- FX payments verification and settlement monitoring to make sure there is no payment delay issue

- Support on New REC Establishing, including but not limited to set up the relationship with local bank, capital injection, verification and conversion, lending card and IC card application and etc.

- Support on New Store Opening related tasks, including service agreement negotiation, account opening, on-site supporting

- Work on with the bank for E-banking/Cash management platform application & maintenance

- Support on Treasury related annual inspection for both MJJ and RECs, such as bank account, loan card and FX annual inspection

- Support treasury manager on such treasury related projects

- Other task assigned by manager and supervisor not limited above mentioned job



Job Requirements:

- Open minded, team work spirit and able to work independently

- Strong skills in communication and negotiation

- At least 2 years experience in multinational company at Treasury Function
