Sales Manager (Lighting)

Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Formulate and ensure effective implementation of Sales Strategy and Account Management plans;

· Assign OIT targets and ensure their realization;

· Train and facilitate the development of Sales professionals;

· Build and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts;

· Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;

· Establish, maintain and continuously improve Sales related Processes, Procedures and work Instructions;

· Undertake any other duties assigned by the Cluster Manager.

Competences and Skills

· Bachelor degree holder or higher;

· At least 5 years of outstanding track-record in direct sales, account management and/or sales management, preferably within electrical safety testing and certification industry;

· Existing network of relationships within electrical and electronic products manufacturing and retail industries;

· Willing to work long hours and travel frequently within South China;

· Able to motivate staff and create commitment;

· Proficient in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage);

· Presentable, articulate, customer and target-oriented;

· Integrity, proactive working attitude.
