Position Description:
1、Working with GBI team globally to answer strategic questions about marketing, merchandizing, product development, etc. for Lenovo e-Commerce and marketing from analytics and measurement perspective.
2、Lead the analytical efforts that will help drive marketing & web sales activities, and web product development efficiency.
3、Lead to build web performance dashboard institution for APLA Lenovo.com organization.
4、Design and create customized scorecards, analyze web analytics and other quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate site performance and deliver recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Assist with ad hoc queries and provide analytical support to stakeholders.
5、Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital properties and programs.
6、Provide recommendations for optimizing the performance of digital properties and programs.
7、Produce data visualizations to present to various stakeholders using tools provided by web analytics products, Tableau, MS Excel or others.
8、Work with GBI team, production team and IT teams to ensure tracking, reporting and analytics are functioning properly.
9、Independently identify "low hanging" opportunities for analysis and optimization on the site that increase conversion or drive revenue.
10、Develop process and systems that standardize and automate reporting.
11、Lead the design(if is necessary) and development of analytical platforms designed to understand key business owners to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy to accelerate revenue growth.

Position Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with most of Adobe suite of products (SiteCatalyst, Insight, Test & Target...), Google Analytics, WebTrends, TeaLeaf, Foresee Survey, Fast Site Search, HTML, SQL, C Programming and MS-Office applications w/advanced skills in MS-Excel and charting is required. Experience working with large data sets and databases is a plus (specifically, SQL skills).
