Job Description:
Managing and guiding project teams after SOP (within the context of specified processes) for the optimum fulfillment and observance of quality, costs and deadlines, in order to achieve the integration of all those involved in the process chain and the fulfillment of targets, taking market and customer requirements, as well as the company procedure, into particular account.
Improvement of project yield and customer satisfaction in the current series.
Responsibilities:
A Project management
1. Project targets
Adherence to the quality, cost and timing (Q-C-T) targets specified by the client, using major result-securing methods (e.g. FMEA, Engineering Change Management, scheduling) in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency
2. Project coordination / Project planning / Project monitoring
Use of the documented basic procedures (gate process, the company's Procedure [HP]), including definition of work packages and implementation of gate reviews, guaranteeing the team's ability to work (exploiting potentials and individual competencies), taking defined resources and services into account; updating project documentation following SOP, in order to achieve a smooth project workflow and the set targets, guaranteeing the budget, determining key performance indicators for the project, as well as arranging for project-related calculations to be carried out if appropriate
3. Project controlling
Presenting reports of part results to the clients in the agreed scope and at agreed points in time (according to it
Procedure), in order to make the necessary information transparent for processes and decisions
4. Escalation
Informing and involving the clients in situations that could endanger targets, in order to achieve the necessary clarification and decisions
5. Procurement/Supplier selection
Suggesting suppliers and/or changes in supplier or optimization in agreement with the internal organizational units responsible, as well as exploiting suppliers' know-how within the context of specified standards, in order to achieve perfect, fast and low-cost solutions and processing
6. Quotation preparation
Involvement in the preparation of quotations and procurement negotiations if necessary, together with the purchasing organizational units responsible, in agreement with the sales organizational units responsible and further internal organizational units, in order to process quotations as quickly as possible
7. Engineering Change Management
Taking responsibility for engineering change management, in agreement with the internal organizational units responsible, in order to process incoming changes as quickly as possible
8. Technologies
Agreement and monitoring of the applied technologies and technical possibilities in day-to-day business, indicating and initiating possible improvements if necessary, as well as specific feedback (lessons learned) of knowledge gained during production to the development department, involvement in the development of new methods/strategies to secure know-how and competitive advantages
9. CIP
Initiating and pushing CIP processes, acting as contact within the context of engineering change
management for the internal factory
10. System investment planning
Involvement in the preparation of investment plans, in order to achieve optimum capacity utilization of systems and operating equipment and optimum production conditions
Planning project budgets for optimization measures following SOP.
11. Value creation
Improvement in the value of existing products, production processes and procedures, analyzing and defining cost structures and key costs, carrying out economic efficiency calculations and yield considerations for projects with regard to target specifications
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, graduate in Industrial Engineering or Production Technology (technical college).
2. Up to 3 years related work experience.
3. Fluent English both in oral and written.
4. Knowledge of employee management, project management, Q-Management, business management, dealing with customers, Microsoft office, communication, moderation.
