任职要求：

1、普通话标准，能正常接打电话；电脑操作熟练，打字流畅；

2、有良好的服务意识、较强的沟通能力；

3、工作细致、有责任心、有耐心；

4、有一定的客户呼叫中心工作经验，或较强学习能力者优先；
