该职位是与中智签订劳动合同。

主要职责简述：

1) Check customer orders received by email/fax/web and input in ERP system.

2) Follow up the orders execution including credit release application, delivery arrangement, invoicing, backorder following, customer return coordination etc.

3) Coordinate with sales, planners, distributors, logistic partner, plant etc. depts. in late / wrong delivery, stock allocation, sales return, sales complaints etc.

4) Provide sales rep the reports such as order status, sales volume/value report etc.



学历及经验要求：

1. Junior college or above

2. 2+ years working experience in customer service or sales adm.

3. Good computer skills, experience in JDE / SAP is a plus

4.Good communications skills and team player

5. Can work under high pressure
