Job Purpose

Responsible for providing efficient & timely supports to Sales and Marketing Directors, the whole sales and marketing team and aligning the supports from various functional teams.
Major Accountabilities
主要职责内容（5-7个主要职责）
? Provide supports in regional and national sales data collection and analysis.
? Assist and support Sales Director in verbal and written communication within sales team when necessary
? Follow up with regional sales team for business planning, forecasting & reporting.
? To build the Monthly Field Selling Expense Reports, Sales Tracking, Call Reporting System, PSI Report, Sales Team Contact List up to date with the greatest accuracy and on time.
? Communicate with all regional sales team on admin, HR, Financial affairs when necessary
? Support marketing director to develop and maintain all the related managing procedures and systems
? Support brand managers in communication with the sales team
? Assist Sales and Marketing Directors in maintaining the document ‘Bring Forward’ and filing system and in archiving and/or shredding documents according to the agreed policy at regular intervals.
? Ensure all logistics go smoothly. (such as co-ordinate and arrange meetings, accommo-dations and tickets booking, etc.)
? Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary.
Ideal Background
Education : Bachelor degree
Experience: At least 2-3 year commercial administrative experience
