主要职责：
协助高级人员同客户建立紧密联系，增强信任度
在高级人员的督导下，领导项目组在项目设计，监督和分析中提供专业的，精确的服务，并从项目中得出有意义、有价值的发现
和客户就项目进程和操作的一些细节进行交流
控制项目花费，保证竞争力和支出有效性
准备中小项目的计划书
指导研究员设计中小项目的相关准备文件
组织项目说明，参加内部培训，指导操作保证项目的高质量
独立或协助访问执行
独立撰写结果小结
独立撰写主要发现
在研究经理/研究总监的指导下协助完成结论部分
协助报告/提案的整理工作
参与提案

岗位要求：
大学本科以上学历，市场学，经济学，工商管理，社会学专业优先
4年以上的市场研究经验或相关在客户市场部或广告公司策划部工作经验
具备市场学和商学知识
对于市场研究方法（包括定量）和公司特定的技术有了解和实践经验
了解特定行业，汽车行业优先
优秀的访问技巧
优秀的中英文写作能力和口头表达能力
优秀的人际交流和沟通能力
良好的项目管理能力
良好的问题解决能力
良好的时间管理能力
可靠，能及时完成任务
能够在工作中承受压力并能很好管理好时间
能够激发团队的士气
对于公司的理念和目标有所承诺
