职位描述
工作内容
1.Play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of and relationship with our outsourced teams.
2.Responsible for vendor management, including new vendor on boarding approval, vendor payment term review and master data maintenance.
3.Assist with new AP projects, such as Ctrip, punch out tools.
4.Lead local referral invoice payments process.
5.Maintain landlord payments tracker to ensure rent related expenses paid timely and accurately.
6.Corporate cards administration. Responsible for overall administration of corporate credit card: timely payment to the bank in order to avoid account credit block, manage credit limits.
7.Respond to a high volume of payment inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors in a timely fashion while maintaining a high level of customer service.
8.Prepare and process invoices, must be detail oriented in reviewing supporting documentation and invoice coding.
9.Provide efficient end user support and solve issues.
应聘条件
1.2 years of Accounts Payable or other relevant work experience.
2.Bachelor degree or above, degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
3.Ability to research inquiries and escalations, identify root causes and respond with a solution-based approach.
4.Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6.Fluent in English; verbal and written.
7.Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment.
8.Demonstrates the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external suppliers.
