Key Duties & Responsibilities：

HR Service Delivery & Employee Experience

1.Manages Employee Life Cycle from pre-onboarding, on-boarding, day to day support for employee queries to off-boarding activities.

2.Pre-onboarding activities include and not limited to preparation of employment-related documents, pre-employment checks, work pass applications (where applicable), liaising with other departments (Admin, IT, Finance, Sales etc.) to prepare for arrival of new joiners and with hiring manager on buddy assignment as well as announcement draft.

3.On-boarding activities include and not limited to Day 1 Welcome & HR Briefing, basic office orientation and factory tour arrangement.

4.Provide guidance to line managers and employees on HR policies & procedures, welfare & benefits programs, and HR systems/tools.

5.Off-boarding activities include and not limited to ensuring compliant process (e.g. cancellation of work passes (where applicable), liaising with payroll team on final pay and filing for income tax clearance), liaising with other departments (Admin, IT, Finance, etc.) on access and exit clearance.

6.Assist in job posting, preliminary screening, sourcing, setup interview arrangment, reference checks, prepare new hire announcement, offer letter and labor contract

7.Meeting coordination and logistics for HR programs and meetings e.g. orientation, employee townhall meeting.

8.Draft employee communication materials.

9.Super admin user for HR Systems e.g. eleave, recruitment system, perfomance systems.

10.Support Chna HR Manager, HYGM in any ad-hoc projects as required.

Essential Experience/Skills：

1.Bechelor, 1-3 HR management experience.

2.Fluent English.

3.Excellent Excel skills.

4.Excellent planning skills.

5.Good interpersonal skills.
