职位描述
Responsibility:
-Plan and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region, product line, or market segment to achieve established sales targets.
-Implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for an assigned region and list of customer accounts.
-Prepare sales forecasts and manpower plan; monitor sales revenues, and sales costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
-Personnel related issues, recruiting, dismissing, developing motivating etc.
-To ensure communicate with existing and new customers.
-Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
-Summit the related reports as required.
Qualifications:
-College degree or above major in Food Engineering, Marketing, Sales Management or relevant.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
-Minimum 3 years of managerial experience;
-Experience in Sales and distribution in FMCG is preferable;
-Experience with Sales project management;
-Good analysis and team management skills;
-With characters of good communication, quick learning, coordination capability, detail-oriented.
-Good customer relationship and has plenty customer resources.
-Sales experience in Catering and Cash Market is preferred
