职位描述
Responsibilities:
Staffing and terminations
-To prepare headcount budget/manpower planning with dept. managers
-To be responsible for coordination of recruitment and deciding successful candidates with hiring manager with support from HR SSC team
-In charge of employment contract management of local regular employees including new employment contract signing and renewal, as well as New employees' probation appraisal follow-up
-Ensure appropriate on-board procedures are taken for new employees including orientation arrangement
-Handle exit interviews, analyze and document the separation reason and employee turnover statistics in order to provide useful information / data to improve employee retention
-In charge of local blue collar workforce interview including operator & implant technician
Compensation & Benefit
-To monitor the regular salary adjustment cycles and provide suggestion to managers
-To perform monthly report to SSC C&B team and check local employee info. In SAP to support monthly payroll running
-Keep contact with Fesco for any staff social insurance related questions
-Other C&B projects assigned
Employee Dialogue / Employee training and development
-Implement the whole procedures in the performance appraisal programme including consultation, preparation, and confirmation of schedules; consolidate ratings and T&D expectations revealed in Employee Dialogues
-Analyze regional / company business development needs and employee skill profiles to prepare proposals on employee training programs.
-Source, identify and evaluate the effectiveness of the training activities and propose improvement/changes
Employee Relations
-Work with trade union/line manager regarding proper activities to enhance team spirit
-Contribute to maintain good relationship with local labor authorities
-Support on promoting Flint culture with support from SH SSC HR team
Organisation Development
-Support on organization changes & provide HR professional suggestions to better support business
-Work with managers on their talent pipelines and success planning
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor degree or above
-Working Experience: 8 years & above working experience
-Technical & Professional Knowledge: Operation experiences in recruiting, staffing, performance management, training & development; Chinese labour law and local explanatory regulations
-"Can Do" sprit, "down to earth" working style
-Good communication and team player
