Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

•Drive profitable growth by providing strategic advice to top management team including Asia CEO, CFO, Global Product Line Leaders with evaluating product line performance by investigating defects, analyzing profitability and preparing review packages. •Partner with Commercial and Marketing leaders to drive commercial excellence … review key contracts for commercial and controllership risk, work with Sales and Comm Ops teams to structure deals to minimize commercial exposures and optimize cash collections, revenue recognition and strengthen compliance. •Assess customer creditworthiness and financing structures. Design and negotiation appropriate payment security and payment schedules. •Fully understand customer financing arrangements and engage GE Capital Market Services and other groups to offer customers and or channels alternatives to traditional financing options. •Drive and rationalize pricing strategies to maximize returns •Partner with operating leader to drive operating rhythms for Product Management team, i.e: PLP review, NPI say do review, cost out review, etc. •Lead NPI program SII/OP/GPB/Quarterly estimation process. Proactively track actual say/do ratio to make sure of benefits commitment delivery. Send monthly NPI I&E scorecard to PM/Tech team to drive program progress with monitoring actual spending on target. •Gatekeeper of Asia product line closing data accuracy. Intensively involved in monthly process of cross pole sales/margin allocation, direct sales uploading, and market maker plan/forecast preparation by communication with other pole finance •Fine tune the structure/mechanism of Asia digital cockpit to bring real-time visibility of key metrics details for various kinds of functional and regional users •Ad hoc analysis for the requests from Global or Asia commercial team Partner with product line GM to drive overall P&L performance

Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance roles•Certified Public Accountant, Master degree of Business Administration•Attributes/Behaviors:Clear thinking/Problem Solving: Successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas.Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situationsIntegrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with othersConfidence/Assertiveness: Strong influencing skills across business functions
