Key responsibilities 重要职责
- Responsible for providing consistent, high quality Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR support to all employees, managers and internal HR users cross all HR functions including compensation & benefit, employee life cycle, talent acquisition, talent management and other HR functions.
- Identify solutions to resolve employee inquires and effectively communicate complex and difficult information/process to stakeholders so they can understand the issue and resolution.
- Identify the gaps in Ask HR portal content/service and internal reference materials (including compensation & benefit, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management and other HR functions). And design/maintain the new content and services in AskHR cross all HR functions.
- Responsible for all change management for system update or service update.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining the internal training documents, matrix and etc.
- Partner with CoE, HRBP and other HR Teams to understand all existing and new policies, procedures, processes to ensure provide professional HR support to stakeholders. And implement the new services when requirement raised by CoE, HRBP and other HR functions.
- Work on special assignment or project that manager assigned.
Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1) Provide excellent Tier 0 and Tier 1 support in a timely, professional and consistent manner to all employees, managers and internal HR users for all HR functions by multi-channel platform. Maintain a current understanding and awareness of HR knowledge and process cross all HR functions by partnership with CoE, HRBP, Service Team and other HR teams. 2) Compile and analyze metrics related to frequently asked questions, call volume, response time and other matrix to proactively identify and execute on areas of opportunity to simplify, increase efficiency, reduce volume, improve customer satisfaction and etc. Ability to present metrics and communicate the findings to key stakeholders. 3) Responsible for designing and execution for all AskHR related change management and communications including Newsletter, WeChat articles and etc. 4) Develop and maintain all internal process/procedure, SOP, KPI, SLA, schedule and training materials and train the new call center specialist. 5) Maintain AskHR system to ensure it has all updated contents and services. 6) Work on special assignment or project that manager assigned.
任职要求
Education 教育背景
· Bachelors degree required
Experience 经验
· A minimum 3 years of HR experience with understanding of one or more HR functions.
· Customer service (HR Call Center) experience is preferred.
Personal skills 技能
· High efficiency in written and oral Japanese, JLPT-1 is a must
· Good written skill in English, fluent in oral English is preferred
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Strong problem-solving skill.
· Must be well organized and detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
