岗位要求：

有维修经验优先，能够适应三班倒。

岗位职责：

1、专业职责：

①严格按照SOP操作要求执行，负责将回收的空瓶洗净，满足生产要求，及时检查洗出的空瓶是否符合质量要求。

②按照SOP操作规定，尽可能减少水损、电损，热耗和碱耗，提高效益，及时进行设备的维护保养，发现问题立即与倒班班长汇报；保证洗瓶温度、碱浓、喷淋对中情况、净瓶残碱、残水，清水喷淋压力测试的符合公司要求。

③按OQI要求开展各项检查工作。

④及时进行化学品日常领料推了结算，保证洗瓶机周围没有多余不用的物料。

⑤停产清洁对外来清洁工进行安全监控。

2、VPO管理和运用：

①贯彻安全方针，遵守安全规程，确保个人行为符合安全要求；

②遵循环境政策，执行化学品管理、污水管理和副产品废弃物管理规定，保护环境；

③遵守国家食品安全法等法律法规，执行质量和危害分析关键性控制点（HACCP）标准，杜绝质量事件发生；

④执行检查清单，按照SOP要求，根据生产计划操作洗瓶机，为客户提供合格的洗后空瓶；按照5S要求，完成个人包干区的工作；

⑤根据CIL要求，巡检设备的运行状况，及时发现设备隐患或故障并报修，确保设备正常运行；通过不断学习和培训，消除技能差距，提高自身专业技能，同时积极分享自己的成功经验，与团队一起进步；

⑥熟练掌握并自主的运用VPO的工具和方法，确保部门各项KPI指标控制在预算范围内；同时不断向新的目标挑战，并且持续改进业绩，把包装维修打造成百威英博的一流团队。

3、企业文化和团队建设：

参与本区域企业文化活动组织，积极参与其他同事组织的公司、部门企业文化活动。

4、完成上级交办的其他任务

①根据SLA和RACI，及时完成各项工作任务；
