莆田招聘

1)    Be responsible for regional customer’s order monitoring, from order receiving to goods arrival at customer side, lead to provide solutions to solve issues, improve service level;

2)    Data analysis to find opportunities to improve customer service level and provide professional suggestion/solution to relevant team and take actions accordingly;

3)    Communicate performance with Sales and Supply Chain team regularly. Analyze root cause for metrics below target, develop plans for issues resolution and coordinate improvement activities. Monitor improvement actions carry out with successful;

4)    As key contact window between Sales and Logistics to identify issues and provide solutions;

5)    Internal and external customer complains handle to have best solution with lowest cost with satisfaction;

6)    Develop and implement solutions to minimize service related fines/returns from the customer, while driving improvement in ORAD performance;

7)    Establish and administer best practices on customer forecasting and planning to improve service and to reduce waste;

8)    Develop transportation solutions with customer to balance cost and service, leveraging delivered and CPU solutions;

9)    Project partner in logistics with industry best practices and have solution for customers that adoption at KHC.

10)    Partner with Sales to enable revenue growth through effective service and delivery around promotional planning and execution;

11)    Lead customer facing activities with Sales and Customer Service partners;

12)    Customer relationship set up and maintain to build consolidation relationship with internal & external customers.

职位要求：

1)    Bachelor’s Degree required; 

2)    3 + years’ work experience in Logistics/Customer Service/Supply Chain required. Direct experience with Transportation & Warehousing is strongly preferred; 

3)    Capacity to work within multiple internal and external customers information systems; Good communication & problem solving skill, capacity to communicate effectively with cross functional team;

4)    Logic thinking, good data analysis skill, attention to details, result orientation;

5)    Good time management and able to work within lead time and under pressure; Strong owner ship and can be work independently;

6)    Must have excellent Excel/reporting/PowerPoint skills;

7)    Solid English skills both oral and written;

8)    Travelling necessary;
