Major Responsibilities:

1. Working for the Group & all its entities, according to the audit plan approved by the IA department;

2. Conducting financial， compliance and operating auditing programs according to the audit plan;

3. Perform audits to evaluate the existence, efficiency, design and operating effectiveness of internal control procedures to support management assertions;

4. Provide analysis and investigation on company processes to identify potential risk and keep line with best practice and suggest improving advices;

5. Prepare audit reports, findings and deficiency ratings. Discuss findings and recommendations at all stages with auditee and relevant local management and internal audit management;

6. Perform special audits on an ad-hoc basis as required by audit committee or management.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Auditing, Accounting or Business Administration and the relevant; Formal professional qualifications will be preferred;

2. 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Audit (external or internal);

3. Working knowledge of PRC GAAP and PRC tax systems and understanding of current auditing principles and internal control concepts;

4. PRC working exposure in joint venture business or MNC corporation;

5. Proactive, self-motivated, with practical and inquisitive mind to identify business risks/control issues and make recommendations;

6. Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time;

7. Rigorous, good communications skills, team spirit, autonomous and self-starter;

8. Literacy in computer. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English;

9. Exposure in fraud investigation, special audit assignment/investigation would be and added advantage. Legal or IT audit knowledge is and advantage.
