职位描述
1.0 Position Specific Responsibilities and Performance Standards.
1. Manage Purchasing function and department
2. Manage material planning and ensure on time delivery
3. Manage supplier qualification and development
4. Manage and control material cost
5. Manage warehouse and inventory control
6. Manage cycle count and inventory accuracy
7. Control and reduce PPV
8. Coordinate and communicate with other departments regarding material issues
9. Manage supplier schedule
10. Manage material return to supplier
11. Work with quality department to ensure material supplied meeting the quality and specification requirements
2.0 Position Specific Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in business management or engineering or equivalent
Experience:
At least five years in purchasing and material management
Specific Skills/Training:
Knowledge in computer, ERP and MRP systems, fluent in English and Chinese, knowledge in ISO 9000 or TS 16949 quality system
