POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

Responsible for total solution in Operation Room, including anesthesia set and cannular. including define strategy, top account maintenance, host academic campaign with KOL, and new business model exploration, also including training distributors and product complaint management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

1. Current Product Management

ü Clear strategy and value story of total solution in operation room

ü Top account maintenance and keep good relationship with KOLs

ü Control marketing budget and expense

ü Promotion material made and update

2. New business model exploration

ü Work with regional commercial manager to explore new account/model

ü Provide training to distributors

ü Assist product extension for new SKU

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. Medical background, relevant experience on marketing & sales

2. At least 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience

3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

1. Medical background or medical device/Pharmacutical company working experience 1-2 years is must, prefer anesthesia or surgical medical background, plus++

2. Fluent in spoken and written English is must,

3. 1-2 years working experience in sales or marketing is plus+.

Working conditions & environment(工作状况和条件):
