Position Description:
The primary mission of this position is to support MIDH tablet/phone/digital home devices and service business successful launch in APLA/EMEA/NA region with competitive service solutions, and achieve high customer satisfaction. It’s also a key contact window for region services and MIDH BU.

Success will require the ability to influence and maintain open communication with all areas of the company, including WW hardware business units, geo/country service readiness teams, and service delivery teams.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Design and develop competitive service solution for MIDH products across the applicable regions and countries
2. Drive new product/service readiness by coordinating with region service partners and function teams.
3. Enable end-to-end service support for region business requirements and projects.
4. Design and execute service strategy, warranty model and process.
5. Bridge region operational team and BU team in terms of services readiness and preparation. Set up management system to improve communication efficiency and develop good relationship with region operational team.
6. Engage with MIDH BU and MIDH China service team support RoW service performance and requirements.
7. Drive cost-efficiency, to achieve finance target and customer satisfaction target in region.

要 求 Microsoft office set skill and especially the EXCEL and POWERPOINT. Strong background of parts management especially has experience with ODM vendors to complete RMA activity. Very good verbal and written English skill
