Position Description:

1. Support to enable business strategy through long term financial planning

Provide long/short term financial planning to support business strategy, participate in strategic planning and operational optimizing projects

Translate business initiatives into business cases by interlocking with BU and related functions, validate business cases with careful analysis, identify key risks, size impacts and give recommendations accordingly to drive business growth and improvement

2. BU Financial Planning & Analysis

Set-up Annually budget/stretch target and Quarterly/Monthly forecast & alert

Prepare and present periodic financial reports/reviews/analysis to BU senior management team

Work closely with BU and cross functional teams to understand business drivers behind financial performance both quantitatively and qualitatively, identify improvement opportunity, and recommend solutions to management accordingly

Monitored budget targets and work with Region team and BU team to implement action plans to recover if missing target

BU Organization and R&D expense management and control

Position Requirements:

1. Strong financial analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills - ability to fully understand & articulate financial data.

2. Possess strong business acumen, being able to identify business drivers behind financial numbers, and translate business initiatives into business cases and identify key assumptions.

3. Passionate about technology, deeply understand market dynamics in IT and high-tech industry. Working experience in engineering or sales / marketing functions in IT industry a plus.

4. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time independently in conditions of ambiguity, ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.

5. Strong capability to convey messages through use of presentations.

6. Advanced skill on Microsoft Excel a must, being able to interpret and build complex models, capability to write Excel VBA codes a strong plus.

7. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism. Good communication skills, good team worker.

8. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese Mandarin and English
