Position Description:

1. Ensure new project launch successfully. Monitor the motherboard quality from SDV to SVT stage. Tracking all issues during develop stage.

2. Supplier quality performance monitoring and process audit/control, assure supplier production capacity meet Lenovo demand from technical perspective.

3. Follow and fix box line/field quality issues .

4. Closely work with Global Customer Management team for cost reduction and new supplier selection. Closely work with Global Supplier Management team to get stable supply from supplier.

5. Expand quality actions in suppliers’ site to continue improving product quality.

Position Requirements:

1. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in ECAT production industry, working experience in motherboard development is preferable.

2. Bachelor of Electronic Engineering or related.

3. Be familiar with Surface Mounted Technology & board test process / Failure Analysis and quality control. Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skill.

4. Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000/14000, Strong experience in supplier & process qualification. Skillful in new project management.

5. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills; self-motivated, quick learner, good computer and presentation skill.

6. Good in English and Chinese both in speaking and reading.
