Position Description:

1. Global Manufacturing line quality and field quality (DOA+30) management

2. New product quality planning and execution, deliver Ship Support letters

3. Think Server BOX Level key issue management, SVR quality focal point in Beijing.

4. Manage worldwide stop build/ship process. Facilitate interactive communication among Lenovo R&D, Procurement Engineering, Quality Product Assurance, Manufacturing and other Lenovo organizations when quality issues pop up, and drive quality issue to closure

5. ODM/OEM supplier Manufacturing qualification (Line audit and system evaluation)

6. Drive Lesson Learn/Fupan system to continuously improve product quality

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer or Electronic Engineering is preferred.

2. At least five years’ working experience in related field

3. Good at English

4. Self - motivated; strong communication capability

5. Lead cross functional team to solve the quality issues related to development, parts commodity and Manufacturing workmanship

6. Be familiar with the industry quality tools and methodology

7. Good data analysis capability

8. Good knowledge in Server(or PC) business
