Field working experience is a key fundamental step to start your successful & sustainable career path in Michelin, particularly in Marketing & Sales function
1st step: Initial training & field working experience
After a comprehensive 2-3 months in class room and practical field training program, you will be assigned to a designated territory in China to be responsible for the territory management, including market analysis, competitor information, pricing, and realize sales target.
Keep your mobility outside within the 1st 12-24 months is mandatory.
2nd step: Marketing , distribution or Sales management experience
Depend on your past experience, competencies combination, performance in the field work and personal career aspiration, you will be offered second career step in marketing, distribution or sales management position within 12-24 months after the initial training program.
Afterwards, you will be managed under the Michelin Career Management System
Strong support to ease your 1st step
A designated career manager and an experienced mentor will be assigned to you to support and accelerate your personal growth.
MBA degree, overseas work experience and proven track record shall be great plus to your personal excellence.
