Position Description:
1、电子商务网站页面设计制作,维护,banner设计制作
2、网站homepage/landing page/marketing campaign page网页制作,更新和优化。
3、协助Site manage, team lead 与business team沟通，完成网站设计，市场活动和网站日常维护工作。
4、对市场活动提出建议，制定计划，执行，追踪和优化。
5. 分析网站用户行为并进行相应设计优化

Responsibilities:
1. Overall Ecommerce website creative design (website, banner, campaign).
2. Website homepage/landing page/marketing campaign page HTML production, update and optimization.
3. Assist site manager and production lead to communicate with the customer on website design management, marketing campaign management and website daily operation.
4. Marketing campaign suggestion, planning, execute, tracking and optimization.
5. Analyze website customers behavior and optimize webpage.

Position Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，美术、平面设计或计算机相关专业；
2. 3年以上网页设计经验，至少1年以上电子商务网站设计经验,能够以用户体验为中心设计出高质量作品
3. 产品创新，界面视觉引导以及原型设计，并与开发组一起实现设计
4. 精通Photoshop、Flash、illustrator等软件，了解Html、Dreamweaver等制作工具；
5. 日语JLPT 2级以上(或具有英语听说读写能力, CET4)

Requirements:
1. Have a bachelor degree and Arts, advertising design, computer science related major;
2. At least 3 years web designer experience, 1 year online marketing experience;
3. Producing innovative, visually appealing human interface designs; creating design prototypes; working with developers to make designs to html;
4. Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator. Thorough knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
5. Above Level 2 of Japanese-Language proficiency Test(or Fluent in spoken English and reasonably good in written English, CET4)
