Accountabilities:
?Lead overall JD Plant quality work
?Establish & maintain quality system in terms of PI & local food industry requirement
?Lead & maintain required food products license
?Quality improvement project, troubleshooting and products quality improvement
?Establish food safety, HACCP, AIB system
?PFI challenge test & action plan follow up
?Quality system update: PI quality assurance system update ( test method, equipment set up, quality manual etc. update and follow up
?New Product hygiene report follow-up and renew exist products hygiene report update and follow-up

Measurements
?Plant quality performance KPI
?Department OHS score
?Food safety complaint
?Department safety performance
?Customer complaints
?On time delivery of required quality reports

Key skills/ Critical experience
?At lease 8 years' quality assurance experiences in food, chemicals & pharmaceutical manufacturing, 5 years' or above QA management experiences.
?With 5 years' working experience in international company.
?Be familiar with food safety & food industry requirement & regulation
?Results oriented, outgoing and forceful in personality and adaptable to multicultural exposure.
?Strong communication skills are essential.
?Good knowledge of quality management.
?Problem solving and action planning facilitation skills.
?Good team work with others.
?Fluent in both oral and written English.
?Good computer skills such as excel, power point and other software per requirement.
