职位描述
1. According to the company's strategic planning and market development, develop overseas sales channel business development plan and sales strategy, compile annual sales objectives and follow up the process, analysis and correction of deviations;
2. To decompose the overseas sales planning by stages and projects, to draw up specific sales plans and to implement them on the ground and to follow up and summarize them;
3. According to the consumption habits of overseas markets, formulate corresponding commodity strategic planning, and actively create Star commodities and explosive commodities;
4. Responsible for the importation of commodities, sales performance of commodities and the rate of achievement of gross interest rate;
5. Responsible for the whole overseas business team formation and various sales costs, management costs control;
6. Establish management system related to overseas business;
7. Continuously develop strategic cooperation channel partners, gradually develop and improve the channel strategic partner capacity enhancement model, and establish and maintain long-term cooperation, mutually beneficial and win-win channel cooperation;
8. Establish and maintain good cooperation with relevant overseas government departments, keep abreast of relevant policies of overseas import and export trade, and take timely measures to ensure the achievement of sales objectives;
9. Complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years of sales work experience, more than 3 years of overseas sales experience, proficiency in written and spoken English, with large foreign companies or overseas life experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with key account marketing project operation, master customer service skills;
3. Strong anti-pressure ability, excellent sales potential, communication ability and organizational coordination ability;
4. Has keen insight and interpretation ability to market information and customer response.
5. Skillful operation of office basic office software
6. Strong sense of responsibility and ambition
7. Bachelor degree or above;
8. Familiar with the varieties, specifications and quality of the finished paper, can deeply analyze the local paper market industry, and plan strategies.
9. Be able to accept travel arrangements.
工作职责:
1.根据公司战略规划结合市场发展状况,制定海外销售渠道业务发展规划和销售策略,编制年度销售目标并跟进过程、分析和纠偏;
2.对海外销售规划进行阶段性分解和项目性分解,编制具体的销售计划并予以落地执行和跟踪总结;
3.针对海外市场的消费习惯,制定相应的商品战略规划,积极打造明星商品和爆款商品;
4.负责商品的引流以及商品的销售业绩、毛利率的达成率;
5.负责整个海外业务的团队组建与各项销售成本、管理成本的控制;
6.制定海外业务相关的管理制度;
7.不断开拓战略合作渠道合作伙伴,逐步开发、完善渠道战略合作伙伴能力提升模型,建立并维护长期合作、互惠共赢的渠道合作关系;
8.建立并良好维护与海外相关政府部门的合作关系,随时掌握海外进出口贸易的相关政策,及时采取应对措施,以确保销售目标的达成;
9.完成上级领导安排的其他工作.
任职资格:
1.5年以上销售工作经验,其3年以上海外客户销售经验,英文书写及口语能力精通,有大型外资企业或海外生活经历者为佳;
2.熟悉大客户营销的项目运作,掌握客户服务技巧;
3.有较强的抗压能力,拥有优秀的销售潜力、沟通能力及组织协调能力;
4.对市场信息和客户反映有较敏锐的洞察力和解读能力。
5.熟练操作office基础办公软件
6.有较强责任心以及上进心
7.大学本科及以上学历;
8、对成品纸品种、规格、质量熟悉,能深入分析当地成品纸市场行业,运筹帷幄。
9、能够接受出差安排。
