Mission:
- Implement progress initiatives to improve entity performance.
- Contribute to the progress network by sharing best practices
- Manage change effectively: the key change players are on board and committed to implementing progress initiatives
- Develop operational teams' long-term autonomy to manage their progress initiatives.
Key Expected Achievements:
- Challenge and help management to explain their progress initiatives and to formalize objectives and success indicators for these progress initiatives.
- Carry out the analyses required to understand the assigned area /domain, and the necessary diagnostic at study startup.
- Measure performance: carry out data analyses with to identify potential for progress.
- Ensure that progress initiative results are measured.
- Identify and use Michelin Way tools/methods to solve problems. Identify and implement appropriate solutions to achieve the established objectives.
- Identify and use Michelin Way tools/methods to propose optimized /reconfigured organizations for entity progress initiatives.
- Support the implementation of management rituals in teams and develop team autonomy.
- Ensure change management associated with the implementation of progress initiatives.
- Promote the commitment of management and teams throughout the initiative and for the long term.
- Capitalize on and share best practices with the progress network.
- Animate progress chantiers.
Key Expected Achievements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years related business consultant working experience
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skill
- Lean six sigma green/black belt preferred.
